Cassette is a vintage tape simulator that models the characteristics of four cassette tape types (I, II, III, IV), each with a distinct sonic signature. It emulates tape saturation, wow and flutter, hiss, and frequency-dependent saturation to create authentic tape warmth and character.
With a modular settings panel covering tape, stability, artifacts, and extra processing, Cassette brings the beloved imperfections of analogue tape to your DAW. The Re-Cassette parameter lets you run the signal through multiple processing passes for even richer results. No copy protection — serial number activation only.
